Klaviyo x Vanik User Guide

Boost wholesale conversion by importing your Klaviyo email templates directly into Vanik. While Vanik offers a standard template, bringing your Klaviyo template designs into Vanik gives you maximum control over your brand's look and feel, regardless of whether you're new to Vanik or an existing customer.

Follow the steps below to start importing your templates:

  1. Once logged in to vanik.io, go to Settings (in the upper right hand corner) and then click on Integrations

  2. Click “Connect” next to the Klaviyo specific integration (if you aren’t logged into your Klaviyo account, you’ll be prompted to)

  3. Grant permission to the Vanik app

  4. Once successfully integrated, you’ll be redirected back to the Settings page. Next, click the “Templates” tab on the left menu

  5. Once on the Templates page, click on the “Import Template” button in the upper left-hand corner and a modal will open:

6. Follow the directions in the model and enter the Klaviyo template ID of the template that you wish to import. You can find the Klaviyo template ID in the Klaviyo URL of the template being edited like below:

7. Select the Vanik email type that you wish to apply the template to. Then click “Import Template.

8. You should now see the Klaviyo template imported into Vanik. You will have an option now to Re-sync, Edit Template, Edit Template in Klaviyo and Remove from Vanik:

  • Re-sync - sync changes from Klaviyo to Vanik.
